  1. Create a Google Cloud project — go to console.cloud.google.com → top bar → New Project → name it → Create.
  2. Enable the Drive API — search "Google Drive API" → open it → Enable.
  3. Create a Service Account — left menu → APIs & Services → Credentials → Create Credentials → Service account → give a name → Create & Done.
  4. Make a JSON key — click the new service account → Keys tab → Add Key → Create new key → JSON → a .json file downloads. This is what you upload above with "Upload JSON".
  5. Copy its email — open that JSON, copy the value of client_email (looks like name@project.iam.gserviceaccount.com).
  6. Share each video folder — in Google Drive, right-click the folder → Share → paste that email → set role to Editor → Send.
  7. That's it. Paste the folder link into a page's workflow; the app posts each video then moves it to a success sub-folder.
⚠ Must be Editor (not Viewer) — the app needs to move posted videos into the success folder.
Facebook App ID & Secret
Each profile uses its own Facebook app. You set the ID & Secret when adding a profile.
  1. Open Meta for Developers — go to developers.facebook.com/apps and log in with the Facebook account that manages your pages.
  2. Create App — click Create App → choose Other → app type Business → Next.
  3. Name it — give an app name + your email → Create App (enter your FB password if asked).
  4. Add Facebook Login — on the dashboard, find Facebook Login for Business (or Facebook Login) → Set up.
  5. Add the redirect URI — left menu → Facebook Login → Settings → in Valid OAuth Redirect URIs paste:
    https://YOUR-DOMAIN/api/fb/callback → Save Changes.
  6. Add Privacy Policy & Terms URLs — left menu → App settings → Basic → fill these two fields:
    Privacy Policy URL: https://YOUR-DOMAIN/privacy
    Terms of Service URL: https://YOUR-DOMAIN/terms
    → Save Changes. Facebook won't let you publish / switch the app to Live without a valid Privacy Policy URL — these two pages are already built into this app, so just paste the links.
  7. Copy App ID & Secret — left menu → App settings → Basic. Copy the App ID and click Show next to App Secret to copy it.
  8. Paste them — in this app: Pages & Accounts → + Add Account → paste this profile's App ID & Secret → Save → Login.
  9. Add page permissions — left menu → App Review → Permissions and features (or Use Cases) → request/add pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, business_management (Standard Access is fine in Development mode for your own pages & your own Business Manager).
  10. Business Manager pages — if your pages live under a Business Manager, this app now pulls them in automatically too. Just make sure the Facebook account you log in with is an admin of that Business (Business Settings → Users), then click Login — owned & client pages show up next to your personal pages and can be posted/scheduled the same way.
💡 Keep the app in Development mode for your own pages — no Facebook review needed. Each profile = its own app = its own App ID/Secret.
